The unloading and unloading yards are fed by screw conveyors and the Roots blower is used to classify the raw materials into Lipu warehouses. There are eight Lipu warehouses, five large and three small, each storing different raw materials. The top of the warehouse is equipped with special valves, which are electrically controlled. The switching status of the valves is selected according to the different materials to be fed and the number of raw materials in the warehouse to achieve the purpose of classification.

The compounding and synthesis sections convey the classified raw materials through the screw conveyor under the Lipp warehouse to the different silos on the mixer. Similarly, before the raw material enters the silo, different raw materials are also sent to different silos using valves. The raw materials in the silo are quantitatively transferred to the blender according to a set program, and then pass through the buried scraper conveyor to the bucket elevator and finally to the synthetic powder silo, ready to enter the next process.

In these two processes, dust removal is performed using a dust collector to reduce the emission of particulates from the pollution source to the air. At the same time, the raw materials obtained by dust removal can continue to be used, so that the entire process is economized and environmentally friendly.

The whole process adopts automatic control, and a dedicated control room is set up. Through the control room, the operation status of these two processes can be controlled remotely, and manpower usage can be reduced while improving work efficiency.
