Beneficiation Process Design of High Arsenic Lead, Zinc and Silver Ore

This paper reviews the high arsenic ore Zn-Ag lead-zinc ore roof design process.

The gold metal primary ore minerals: sphalerite, galena, arsenopyrite, native silver, silver spiro sulfur and vanadium lead, white lead ore and the like. The ore contains 0.74% P6, 1.96% Zn, 1429/t Ag and 0.25% As. The mineral is unevenly embedded in fine particles, and the arsenopyrite is densely combined with galena. It is necessary to finely grind the lead concentrate to 98% and less than 38 μm in order to reduce the arsenic content of the lead concentrate to less than 0.5%.

The research department has studied five processes and designed a process that uses partial priority flotation and lead bismuth re-grinding. The test results of the five processes and the flow chart and operating conditions used in the design are introduced. The design indicators are as follows:
