The electric regulating valve mainly plays a convenient role in adjusting the restricted air volume and performing periodic tests on the system; the pneumatic valve is a pneumatic quick opening valve, and the action time from full closing to full opening is less than 3 s, which mainly functions as a quick-disconnecting wind; electric The shut-off valve is a slow-closing valve. The electric shut-off valve is slowly turned off after the blast furnace is normal or the fan is normal, so as to avoid a large influence on the fan and the blast furnace when the wind pressure rises.

The control system mainly includes the power module Beijing lampblack purifier, CPU module, digital input module, digital output module, analog output module and so on. The automatic air blowing system is in the state of allowing the air to be vented; otherwise, the air blowing system should be in a state where the air blowing is prohibited.

There are a lot of chain parameters that cause the wind supply of the fan to be interrupted, but it can be attributed to two points, namely, safe operation of the unit and tripping of the unit. The safe operation of the unit refers to the internal or external failure of the fan during operation. The vane changes back to zero load from the normal working angle, the vent valve is fully open, the check valve is fully closed, and the air supply is stopped.

Therefore, when the unit is operating safely or the unit is tripped, the fan trip signal will be issued.
