Recently, the new product project “High-temperature molten salt valve†undertaken by Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Control Valve Co., Ltd., which is aimed at the CSP project and the petrochemical industry alkylation project, passed the acceptance of the expert group organized by Chongqing Economic and Information Committee.
The high temperature molten salt valve is used for high temperature molten salt heat storage heat transfer system and is a new type of valve. The valve for this working condition mainly includes high-temperature molten salt regulating valve (including straight-through type and angle type), high-temperature molten salt shut-off valve, and high-temperature molten salt butterfly valve. Through two years of independent research, Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Control Valve Co., Ltd. successfully broke through the upper bonnet temperature control technology, packing and gasket sealing technology and the upper bonnet heat insulation design technology, and obtained two patents.
