Tube : Auminum diameter:φ4.76, Φ8mm  ;  wall thickness:0.6-1.0mm;
Fin:Alumium foil thickness: T=0.12-0.25mm;       
Side plate:Al plate T=0.8~1.5mm;

 

5. Key process: 

Tube bending--fin punching-- tube expanding--degreasing--welding and assembly--leakage testing--inspection--packing.

1)Anodic-Oxidation is in accordance with Aluminum titration.
2)Electrophoresis dipping-coating thickness is12-30μm.
3) Chemical hydrophilic painting: Natural color.
4)Dipping-coating thickness:12_30μm.
5)Corrosion Resistance( GB2423):salt spray≥200h no corrosion;≥96H no corrosion.
