In accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Law" and related supporting regulations, the Food Inspection Center cleaned up the existing testing methods according to the sample matrix and scope of application, and completed a total of 1578 food national standards and 2063 food industry standards. Combining with the current state's management requirements for food additives and illegal additives, we have organized technical forces in a timely manner and developed 55 items of food additives, illegal additives, residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, radioactive nuclear pollution, and other testing items.
