Xichai Aowei Engine

In addition to actively deploying five new products, Xichai was the first to install particulate matter traps (DPFs) on Conway 4DW State V engines in accordance with the "Six National Technology and Five National Application" concepts, capable of capturing 95% of diesel engine emissions. The above carbon particles, through active regeneration, oxidize and evaporate the deposited carbon particles to achieve green emission. Prior to this, the DPF technology route was only stipulated in the Euro VI emission phase. Xichai was the first domestic diesel engine manufacturer to use this technology and put it on the market in batches. At present, there are more than 600 announcements for the 4DW state-owned five-engine vehicle models. Last year, Xichai also aimed at the school bus market to launch the 4DW state-owned five-vehicle special school bus power to realize the strategic layout of mainstream school bus production enterprises in Yutong, Jianghuai, Dongfeng and Chang'an industries.
