Honda will soon launch the 2012 civic in the U.S. market

Gasgoo Motor Co., Ltd. Honda Motor Co., Ltd. exhibited two Civic concept cars at the North American International Auto Show opened on January 10, 2011. They were a sports car and a sedan.

According to John Mendel, sales director of Honda America, the 2012 Honda Civic based on the above two concept cars will be launched in the US market in spring 2011.

Mandel said that competition in the compact car market will become even fiercer in 2011. He hopes that the 2012 civic can help Honda “activate” its sales in the US market.

It is reported that in the current U.S. market, Honda’s car sales rank fourth. The Civic model, Honda’s second-best selling model, is second only to the Honda Accord.
