However, at present, China's pharmaceutical packaging machinery still has a considerable gap from the equipment of developed countries as a whole, such as poor innovation capability, unstable operation of the whole machine, and low degree of integrated production, etc., and the rapid industrialization from the pharmaceutical industry. There is still a certain gap in production.

With the continuous deepening of the country's GMP certification of pharmaceuticals, GMP has stricter specifications for the requirements of pharmaceutical packaging equipment. To meet the GMP production process requirements, China's pharmaceutical packaging equipment, both in the packaging process, or in the use of product materials have been greatly improved than before. In addition, due to the development of electronic information technology, pharmaceutical packaging equipment has also taken a big step toward automation. To truly realize automation and intelligent production, further efforts are still needed.

First, open up research and development ideas

Pharmaceutical equipment is a special specialty, integrating pharmaceutical technology, chemical machinery, refrigeration, automatic control, packaging machinery, manufacturing processes, welding, automation control, and computer application. The idea of ​​pharmaceutical equipment R&D is to apply these related majors throughout the entire process of design validation. At present, there are very few people engaged in the research and development of pharmaceutical equipment who can skillfully take into account the two or three of them, and it is difficult for a single professional to develop ideas. It is appropriate to inject these professional elements. Although the number of professional disciplines for the establishment of pharmaceutical equipment in colleges and universities has gradually increased, its professional teaching standards are not satisfactory, and there are no basic teaching materials. At the same time, the professional theory and practical application level of teaching staff are not sufficient. Therefore, we must innovate ideas in the research and development of new products. We must also cultivate multi-professional talents in close contact with manufacturers.

Humanized design. Humanized design is to fully consider human physiological and psychological factors in the design process, and pay more attention to the product's convenience, comfort, reliability, value, safety and efficiency, and should not be to the operator during long-term use. Causes discomfort, fatigue, and other physiological or psychological adverse reactions.

Ergonomics belongs to a kind of comprehensive edge discipline, which has been widely used in product design of traditional Chinese medicine, so that product design pays more attention to human factors. Its ultimate goal is to achieve the harmony of "human-product-environment". Drug packaging equipment should consider human factors as a product to reduce human labor intensity, and this concept should be permeated in every detail of mechanical design. Such as the level of the operation table, the rationalization of operating procedures, the visual effects of the operation interface (the degree of visual fatigue), the safety of the operation, the convenience of maintenance, the convenience of adjustment.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers are relatively frequent in updating pharmaceuticals due to a variety of factors. A type of packaging equipment cannot be used for the packaging of only one product. Due to the different forms and characteristics of different drugs, even if the packaging process is the same, it will involve different molds, different feeding methods and other issues.

The pharmaceutical packaging equipment on the market today is less compatible and not widely applicable. It is generally a one-to-one package.
