Isolation and interception of mine water

After the water source is detected, it is not possible to release water due to conditions, or it is possible to release water, but it is not reasonable. Waterproof measures should be taken to isolate the water source and intercept the water flow.

1. Isolate the water source. The measures for isolating the water source can be divided into two methods: leaving the isolated coal (rock) column waterproof and establishing the water barrier curtain with waterproof.

1) The isolated coal (rock) column is waterproof. In order to prevent the various streams of water from entering the well when the coal (mineral) layer is mined, a coal (mineral) column of a certain width or thickness is left in the area threatened by water. The size of the waterproof coal (mine) column should be determined by taking into account the water pressure of the aquifer, the amount of water, the mechanical strength and thickness of the coal (mine), and other relevant regulations, and comprehensively determined through practice.

2) Water-proof curtain belt. The water-proof curtain belt is to pass the pre-made slurry through the angled hole drilled from the roadway to the front, press the crack in the rock layer, the slurry penetrates and diffuses in the pores, and then solidifies and hardens to form a water-proof curtain. The belt serves to isolate the water source. Since the grouting process and the equipment used are relatively simple and effective, it is considered to be one of the effective methods for mine prevention and control of water damage at home and abroad.

2. Mine water inrush interception. In order to prevent sudden flooding during mining, which may cause flooding accidents in the whole mine, waterproof gates and waterproof walls are usually installed at certain positions in the roadway.

Stamping Parts

Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining.This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. The process is usually carried out on sheet metal, but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene. Progressive dies are commonly feed from a coil of steel, coil reel for unwinding of coil to a straightener to level the coil and then into a feeder which advances the material into the press and die at a predetermined feed length.
