Description:

1. Simplicity of operator
Our air compressor has Industry PLC control platform, that may adapt different operating mode condition; English display system, simple easy to understand; The intelligent automation control and the self-failure diagnosis system may realize unattended.
 
2. Highly effective Air Ends & Advanced disposition
The Air Ends adopts Atlas original screw element, guarantees stably and highly effective. The dispositions adopt international famous brand dispositions, rate reaches as high as above 80%.
 
3. Air course system
Uses high quality oil separator and the air strainer, and pressure regulator valve and so on. It guaranteed provides the high quality gas source.
 
4. Oil duct system
Uses the German MANN Corporation's oil filter, filters the contamination which in the lubricating oil. It guaranteed that oil duct system unobstructed.
 
5. Cooling system
Uses the low temperature difference design,  coordinate high temperature and the humidity environment for the design premise.  The water cooling temperature rise in 6~8 degrees, guarantees the air compressor outlet temperature ≤40ºC. The air cooling temperature is the temperature adds 15ºC.

The Pneumatic L Bar Combo Sealer adopts the integrated design of sealing, cutting and shrinking, which occupies a small area and is easy to move. At the same time, it also adopts glass fiber knife groove, anti-stick and high temperature nickel-chromium alloy sealing knife, and the sealing is neat and does not crack or coking. In addition, the liftable sealing, cutting and shrinking platform is especially suitable for packaging products of different heights.


Pneumatic L Bar Sealer adopts fiberglass groove, anti-stick and high temperature resistant nickel-chromium alloy sealing and cutting knife, and the sealing is neat and does not crack or coking. The sealing knife is equipped with automatic anti-miscut and anti-overheating protection devices, which can effectively prevent miscutting of packaging and protect the safety of operators.


In addition, the Semi-auto Sealing And Shrinking Series adopts stainless steel heating rods and high-power air-moving motors, which make the shrinking furnace heat up quickly, with large air volume and uniform air transportation.
