3 When feeding beams, pay attention to the difference in the longitudinal movement speed between the flat car or gantry crane and the main beam trolley of the bridge erection machine. 4Before feeding the beam, it is necessary to carefully check whether the pins of the main and auxiliary beam guide beams and the various parts of the front bracket are locked, and insert the anti-return pins. Remember that the front support frame props the cylinder and then loads it without locking the pin; check the plug pad, The installation of sleepers, rails and connecting plates meets the requirements.

5 Before hoisting, check whether the operating motor system is reliable, and whether the motors and brakes are flexible and reliable. In case of no-load, check the limit switches and limit switches.

6 Before hoisting, signal command should be unified; when hoisting, the signal sent by the commander is inconsistent with the opinion of the operator, the operator should send an inquiry signal, and the driver can only drive if the command signal is consistent with the command intention.

7 When operating the bridge erector, it is necessary to grasp the control button reasonably. Except for both hands, no other parts of the body shall be allowed to touch the control panel; during the lifting process, the control button is used to operate, and no safety device can be used to stop. Operators cannot leave the control cabinet to prevent sudden situations.

8 When there is a special person directing and many persons are hooked, the operator only obeys the commanding personnel commanded before the lifting, but the operator should immediately take corresponding measures against the danger signal sent by any person.

9 During the process of lifting the T-girder, the operator shall immediately send a signal to inform the nearby personnel to leave if he encounters a sudden failure of the brake of the lifting mechanism, and quickly press the control button to repeatedly lift the T-beam and start the car. Select a safe location and put down the T-beam. Do not allow it to fall freely. Afterwards, it must be overhauled and must not be overhauled during the dispatch.

10 When suspending the T-beam, the load should be even and stable, and it must not be flickering; the wire rope of the lifting mechanism should be kept vertical; at the same time, the lifting and landing should be synchronized, and the height difference between the front and rear ends should be controlled; The beam can be lifted under the condition that the load cannot exceed the maximum lifting weight.

11 During the operation, special personnel should support observation and monitoring separately. If abnormal sound is found, corresponding measures should be taken, and stop the inspection and troubleshooting. Can not drive without finding out the reason.

12 During the lifting process, the height of the T-beam should be maintained properly. On the lifted T-beam, no stacked objects or tools are allowed.

When the T-girder cannot lift the T-girder in case of electrical or electrical failure during the lifting of the T-girder, the operator should immediately notify the person immediately evacuating. The operator must leave the post and the ground personnel should immediately use the hazardous area. The rope is enclosed and guarded. No one is allowed to pass through, and then the maintenance personnel are required to overhaul it.
