During the period from 1982 to 1990, the mining was developed into a high gradient magnetic separator with Φ1OOOmm and Φ1600mm CHAD. The advantages are: short magnetic circuit, less magnetic leakage, high magnetic induction intensity, high gradient, high sorting efficiency, especially high recovery rate of fine-grained weak magnetic minerals (more than SHP type strong magnetic field magnetic separator) good).
It is mainly used for fine weakly magnetic minerals (coefficient than the magnetization of not less than 40 × 10-6cm 3 / g) as hematite, manganese ore and some non-ferrous metal ore sorting wet, also suitable for refractories, Iron removal of insulating materials and other non-metallic materials.
