China's machinery industry is expected to grow by 20% this year

From the press conference held by the China Machinery Industry Federation on February 9, it was learned that although the economic operation of China's machinery industry still faces some uncertainties and there are some contradictions and problems in the development of the industry, the machinery industry is expected to remain stable in 2007 With the rapid development trend, the major economic indicators such as industrial added value, total industrial output value, main business income, total profit, and foreign trade export will generally achieve a 20% increase.

In 2007, positive factors conducive to the development of the machinery industry still dominated. From the perspective of market demand, the total demand in the domestic market in 2007 will slow down as the country strengthens the control over investment in fixed assets. However, the demand for equipment that meets the requirements for energy saving and emission reduction will increase significantly, which will provide the industry with growth. New business opportunities; trade friction in the international market is increasing, but the economic situation of several major economies is relatively stable. As long as attention is paid to upgrading the export structure, there will still be room for development. From the perspective of supply, the supply of essential raw materials, energy, and transportation capacity required by the machinery industry, although there are some sharp contradictions in local areas, it can basically meet the needs of industrial operations. There are signs of overall turning changes.
