Medical silicone tubing: mainly composed of inorganic polymer colloidal materials produced by the condensation of silicic acid, with SiO2 * nH2O as the main component, containing more than 98% silica, non-toxic, odorless, and chemically stable. Under normal conditions, it does not react with any acid or alkali except for alkaline solution and hydrofluoric acid. Medical silicone tubing provides a balanced solution flow rate, effectively inhibits bacterial growth, can withstand continuous peristalsis, and effectively improves drug efficiency.
In addition, silicone hoses have other classifications, such as platinum vulcanization process silicone hoses, which have a higher level of hygiene and meet USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, and 3A standards. They have better flexibility, durability, and heat resistance (up to 260 ℃), and can be continuously sterilized by CIP, SIP, radiation or high-pressure sterilization. They have advantages that ordinary silicone hoses cannot match
