After the oil to be replaced is no longer found to contain ferrous metal powder, the oil change period may be extended. The oil change period shall be determined according to the specification and the actual situation.
6. The new pump and the repaired pump should be run for the first time 4 - 6 h to check whether the pump meets the requirements for use.
7. After the pump has been used for a long time, it will be in the range of 2-3 years, and the ultimate vacuum level will be reduced. An overhaul should be performed. At the same time, systems, pipes, valves and motors should also be cleaned and overhauled.
8. The pump is in use, due to a special accident such as a system damage, or when the air intake suddenly exposes the atmosphere. The pump should be stopped as soon as possible. And cut off the vacuum piping connected to the system (off low vacuum valve or vacuum clamp) to prevent oil injection and pollute the work site.

10. When the pump is not in use, use a rubber plug (cap) to plug the air inlet so that dirt and hard objects do not fall into the pump.
