Such excellent results have benefited from the extensive product layout of Guangzhou Automobile Honda, and a number of models have led their respective market segments.

Taking 2017 as an example, Guangqi Honda sold a total of 730,633 new cars for the year, an increase of 10.8% year-on-year, far higher than the overall growth rate of the passenger vehicle market in China.

First, the Accord, as a benchmarking model of the B-class vehicle, achieved a record of over 150,000 vehicles throughout the year; the mid-sized SUV model continues to sell well. Since its launch, there is still a case of fare increase; the Binzhi is a small SUV model. The leader in this market segment contributed over 150,000 units to Guangzhou Automobile Honda, while the Fit for Younger Consumers and the Lingpai Group both achieved sales figures of over 100,000 units.

Not only that, although the Acura brand has only one model, CDX, it also achieved 15,000 in 2017. On the night of Guangzhou Automobile Honda on the eve of the next Beijing Auto Show, the new 10th generation Accord will be officially listed as a Class B vehicle adopting Honda's brand new family design language.
