JCB launches new 419S loader
As an upgraded version of the existing 418SAgri wheel loader, the 419SAgri will use a 6.7-liter Cummins six-cylinder engine with 136 kW of power, which is 5% higher than the previous generation. It complies with the T4F emission standard and uses an SCR after-treatment device without additional filtration equipment.
The ZF six-speed power shift transmission is equipped with low-speed first gear to provide better thrust, and the torque converter can be locked in other gears, making the 419S unbeatable in climbing performance when silage pushing and rolling. With a speed of 48 km/h, it is perfectly possible to keep up with the speed of other silage contractors or fertilizer spreading groups.
The new front and rear frame design, longer wheelbase, larger axles, and larger tires allow for greater traction and the ability of soft surfaces to not sags. The 419S can even hold 750/65R26 tires that can be used on the 435S.
Front and rear axles are equipped with limited slip differentials to ensure traction on slippery roads. Optional automatic locking differential to ensure the driving ability of some special road conditions.
With a load-sensing piston pump flow rate of 180 l/min, it is possible to cost-effectively achieve the breakout force of standard/high lift loader arms. Lift height from 3.48 meters to 3.71 meters, full turn overturn loads up to 6.9 tons.
The new CommandPlus cab is 15% larger than the previous generation, providing better visibility, more precise controls and a more comfortable environment. The driver can complete all kinds of service inspections in the cab and can adjust the hydraulic oil flow rate in the auxiliary circuit and the time interval between engine fan reversal. With the new handle and joystick and thumb-operated shuttle switch, the proportional control of loading operations can be precisely provided.
