Relevant officers released the "Dongguan" Numerical Control Generation Research Report". The report pointed out that the popularity of CNC manufacturing equipment in Dongguan is not high, and old equipment is in urgent need of upgrading. The CNC generation will be the most powerful support for upgrading Dongguan's advantageous industries.

In order to promote the development of the local industry, relevant person in charge in Dongguan said that it will set up a special fund to support the CNC demonstration project. It is understood that the Guangdong Provincial Finance has allocated 300 million yuan of special funds each year since 2012 to support the key technologies of mechanical equipment and numerical control, key industries, and regional application demonstrations. In 2013, the government has approved 10 million yuan. If it is fast, it will be able to introduce relevant policies to support this project by the end of August this year.

"CNC Generation" is the trend of the future development of many industries including traditional industries. Take the Hengli Die Industry as an example. At present, the town's machinery processing equipment can only be used for middle and low-end molds, and its high-end, testing and other equipment are far from meeting the needs of the future development of high-end mold industry, and abroad. The realization of the “CNC Generation” will provide great support for local mold companies and will provide good conditions for their development.
